ग्रेटर नोएडा [मनीष तिवारी]। सेमेस्टर परीक्षा आयोजन को लेकर डा. एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम प्राविधिक विवि असमंजस में फंस गया है। परीक्षा को लेकर विभिन्न कॉलेजों ने हाथ खड़े कर दिए हैं। अपना बचाव करते हुए विवि प्रबंधन ने सेमेस्टर परीक्षा की गेंद अब सरकार के खाते में डाल दी है। विवि प्रबंधन ने सरकार को परीक्षा व प्रमोशन दोनों प्रपोजल देकर दिशा निर्देश मांगा है।

प्रदेश में फैलते संक्रमण को देखते हुए उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि प्रमोशन को तवज्जो दी सकती है। सेमेस्टर परीक्षा को लेकर पिछले लंबे समय से ऊहापोह की स्थिति बनी हुई है। विवि ने कुछ सप्ताह पूर्व परीक्षा की तिथियां घोषित कर दी थीं। जिसके तहत अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों को छह से 27 जुलाई व अन्य छात्रों को 27 से 10 सितंबर तक कैंपस में रहकर पढ़ाई करनी थी और परीक्षा देनी थी। प्रदेश में संक्रमण थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। ऐसे में सेमेस्टर परीक्षा को देखते हुए छात्रों के साथ ही अभिभावक भी परेशान हैं।                        

छात्र व अभिभावक मेल व फोन कर लगातार कॉलेज व विवि प्रबंधन से परीक्षा के संबंध में जानकारी प्राप्त कर रहे हैं, लेकिन उन्हें कोई संतोष जनक उत्तर नहीं मिल रहा है। अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों को छह जुलाई को कॉलेज में उपस्थिति दर्ज करानी है। समय नजदीक आने के कारण वह अधिक चिंतित हैं। ज्यादातर छात्र निजी हास्टल व पीजी में रहते हैं। अभी सब बंद चल रहा है। ऐसे में उन्हें यह समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि यदि वह कॉलेज जाएंगे तो कहां रहेंगे। प्रदेश के विभिन्न कॉलेज प्रबंधन ने भी परीक्षा आयोजन को लेकर अपनी असहमति दी है।

वहीं, कॉलेजों ने कहा है उनके यहां पर एक-एक कमरे में तीन छात्र रह रहे हैं। ऐसे में शारीरिक दूरी का पालन कैसे होगा। सेंटर पर यदि कोई छात्र संक्रमित हो गया तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी कौन लेगा। कॉलेजों ने कहा है संक्रमित छात्र मिलने की दशा में जिला प्रशासन सेंटर सील कर देगा। ऐसे में तत्काल व्यवस्था कैसे बन पाएगी। कॉलेज प्रबंधन ने अपनी असहमति तो जता दी है, साथ ही परीक्षा आयोजन को लेकर अपने स्तर से तैयारी में भी जुटे हैं।

                    

मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के निर्णय पर भी कर सकते हैं अमल कोविड-19 संक्रमण को देखते हुए मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिव राज सिंह चौहान ने परीक्षा आयोजन में छात्रों के हित में निर्णय लिया है। छात्रों को गत वर्ष सेमेस्टर परीक्षा के नंबर के आधार पर प्रमोट किया जाएगा। ऐसे छात्र जो परीक्षा देकर सुधार करना चाहते हैं उनके पास परीक्षा देने का विकल्प भी रहेगा। ऐसे छात्र ऑफलाइन परीक्षा देंगे। ऐसे में संभावना है प्रदेश सरकार मध्य प्रदेश के फार्मूले पर विचार करेगी।
